Sheryl completed an LLB and a BA in Political Science and International Relations at Victoria University of Wellington in 2009. Sheryl joined Cullen-The Employment Law Firm in December 2009. She has previously worked in employment relations policy and has extensive knowledge of the law relating to collective bargaining.
Since working at Cullen, Sheryl’s work has involved:
Assisting in restructuring and redundancy disputes;
Assisting in unjustified disadvantage/dismissal disputes;
Assisting in disciplinary and performance management disputes;
Drafting employment agreements;
Advising on the legal rights and obligations of employees and employers on a broad range of subjects
